They do not tell you any prices until they arrive late and your desperate then they demanded a $100 minimum fee which was just to show up but never disclosed it in advance. They were very expensive for a simple snaking of a kitchen drain, I should have read the many negative reviews with almost exactly the same complaint. I would never recommend this place, they have been unwilling to address anything and simply say he can not address his businesses failure to disclose that they demand a minimum fee in advance or fail to provide standard pricing for various options for snaking a drain..instead they wait until they arrive then they rattle off what is clearly known to them as standard pricing standard and surprise you with a demand for a $100 minimum when they appear ,but refuse to do so in advance so you can make a decision if you want to use them or another plumber..catching you by surprise after you have waited days with a clogged drain. It was a horrible experience and they dont care as they got your money. Use one of your local plumbers with a conscience, are up front about potential and actual charges in advance, and sense of business and care about their reputation in the community.

The office staff is super friendly and helpful! Anthony was sent out to our home quickly when we had an emergency with our kitchen sink. He worked diligently and professionally. I highly recommend Anthony for your plumbing and drain cleaning needs.

Craige and Sara were absolutely amazing to work with, I would highly recommend this business. They were able to coordinate repairs with me from my home in Los Angeles. They were straight forward, kind, clear and very fair with the price. They facilitated all contact with the city of Schenectady and kept me abreast of all updates with repairs. They were honest people that performed excellent work in a timely manner. I couldnt recommend them more.

They absolutely suck. They came to unclog a drain and then told me that the clog is to far for their snake to reach and that I would have to schedule another appointment to get the jet out here which would cost $1000, I already spent 600 for them to do nothing I still have a clogged drain and I cant use my bathroom or shower. Dont even bother with this place if I could give them zero stars I would. They are nothing but a rip off company
