Terrible service, if you want to waste most of your time, I would definitely recommend. All they do is sit at their desk, gossiping and talking with the other “doctors” and “nurses” while patients have been waiting for hours. This place is a joke, if you want real help better off going to an ACTUAL urgent care

Staff was extremely rude and did not properly do their job. My son is davasted. I wonder what lawyer I should notify.

Once you get registered the service is fine . The registry process is inefficient. They have 1 person at the desk and she is snails pace slow. It will take her 10 -15 minutes before calling each person up . I saw a woman wait 45 minutes just to get her PPD read . awful . they either need more people up front or a faster registration system.

I needed to be seen on a Sunday for something minor (swollen jaw.) I was just sent home from the hospital a few days before for giving birth. I was exhausted, stressed out and emotionally drained. The doctor working that day was also a mother and was incredibly passionate and kind hearted and exactly who I needed at that time. I will never forget how kind she was to me that day. The service was fast and I was in and out within 45 minutes. Everyone there was wonderful and the staff was professional and timely.
