Couldn't even reach a receptionist for simple questions. Phone tree is difficult to navigate. They do not want you to be a patient there so they make it impossible to schedule.

I've never worked for a better group of doctors! So professional and knowledgeable. Great to work with!

Dr. Panza has very good social skills, unlike many doctors.  Great bedside manner, patient, non-judgmental, genuine, and listens very well.  Excellent.  One front desk person named Sara, though, can be rude, sometimes indicated by her absence of a response.  She might very well be driving patients out of the office.Her former nurses were rude.  New one now seems great.The billing person has amazing social skills and is super nice.Bottom line is that it's the doctor one is seeing primarily; as a result, whether one continues in that office should be based on their opinion of Dr. Panza.  She's definitely worth it to me to stay at the office.  (By the way, I'm using a stage name here)
