Never retuned e-mails or phone calls even after leaving multiple messages. I also had three family members attempt to reach J&R Plumbing and it was the same outcome. Business must be good. Too bad I had to select 1 star and I think that is too high. Oh well, Crisafulli Bros Plumbing and Heating responded in one day and was happy for the business. Now that's Customer Service....

Signed a contract with J & R for about 10k, they actually went above and beyond what I was expecting. Nice and professional people. I highly recommend and will be a repeat customer when needed.

I’ve had 2 interactions with this company in only a few short weeks, both for different unrelated issues and both times the employee was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves, explained exactly what they were doing and what was the issue that it fixed. 10/10 would recommend to others.
