Do not hire for custom work. I had a terrible experience with Ethan Allen in the Consultation process, the install process - who got the coloring and measurements wrong in a space he helped me with - charged me $12,000 for it all and I cant use any of it. They should be ashamed of themselves, I would seriously recommend another company with a good reputation, its not worth the risk.

Excellent couch, exactly as we had hoped. Getting a delivery date when we were home was tricky, as we live in Vermont and they only shipped in twice per month for deliveries.

The chairs so good (low, deep, wide at front, narrow toward back), we had to get them twice! Being familiar with the style of the chairs I wanted, it was a refreshing experience to work with Maxwell to review fabrics and wood tones to create the final product. His expertise and knowledge guided me to the right decision. Ethan Allen furniture is an investment and the overall experience was positive.
