        Terrible attention, that hospital should not exist, my wife was in pain for 3 days and went to the emergency room early and they never attended to her. She begged for them to attend to him and they never attended to him. It was terrible. I will never return to that hospital. I do not recommend them.

        Father waited almost 12 hours in pain and ignored by staff! Forced to leave without receiving care. Horrific experience.

        This is the worst emergency ! Hippa violations everywhere and there will be complaints filed , ignorant people more concerned with the gay movement instead of their jobs , sick people sitting around for over 10 hours being ignored with nothing going on in the back and more pizza being served for employees during my 16 hour visit than deserved . This place is disgusting and the security needs a revamp . Power trip clowns with no power at your private hospital . Enjoy your fines coming as you never know who is in your waiting room watching you .

        I'm in the waiting room where I have been for 7 hours with chest pain and feeling like I'm going to pass out I have said something to the staff several times and nobody still has called me this is very sickening and Albany Med needs to be shut down
