        Hannah was absolutely wonderful. I came back the second day and purchased 4 more candles with pictures added to all of them because I loved the ones I got from her the day before. She worked with me on editing and if I didnt like it she helped me fix it until I was happy. Thank you so much, Hanna!

        Rosa was so helpful at the Crossgates location! There was no internet connection with my Iphone SE at the flagship location in Mass so they couldnt create a picture for me with the candles I purchased there. Rosa worked with me that same day by having me send the pictures to her in advance, and then created them for me the next day when I came in. She was kind, personable and put great care wrapping by up each gift. Thank you for having a star employee, wishing Rosa all the best and a happy holiday :)
