        The Quayz is cozy, it can get a little rough from time to time, but what can you say about housing. People there are good people.

        The chaparrals are much nicer and bigger apartments. Rent is affordable. Management is not very thorough, approachable or very professional. They do not follow up on policies with tenants for better understanding, Not very good with communication skills.
