It was perfect, the best restaurant during our new Mexico trip, the dishes were original, with very fresh and local products, the staff was very nice and the place was charming. We loved it!

The fact this place has gotten less than 5 stars by anyone should be considered criminal. EVERYTHING about the place is perfect. Walking up to it is so warm, inviting, and intimate. Finding the proper word to describe the service, the food, and the atmosphere is proving to be impossible because it was so beyond impeccable. The tortilla soup was the best I have ever had, bison ribeye was cooked perfectly and was a joy to partake in eating. The apple crisp and vanilla ice cream dessert was the the perfect ending to a perfect experience. To those who gave less than 5 stars, I hope you lose your keys before an important event and you are late as a result. To those who work there, I cannot thank you enough. And to those that have not gone there...go.

What a delicious meal we had tonight. Every dish was beautifully prepared and each was absolutely delicious! The branzino was stuffed with the best pico de gallo Ive ever tasted! I highly suggest The Love Apple. It a beautiful space and the staff are all very gracious and friendly. I dont think you could go wrong with any dish on the menu! We even ran into an old friend from 20 yrs ago who has moved back to Taos and is working there. What a lovely night.

We phoned this place trying to make a reservation for weeks. What kind of restaurant ignores repeated calls? A simple return call would be basic politeness. This says a lot about their service and quality. There are plenty of other wonderful restaurants in Taos.
