They do not treat chronic pain patients who suffer. I know everyones situation is different. The dr i visited with, said "those medicines are bad, people overdose from those".
Clearly a dillusional generalization that ALL, are the SAME. That medicines that are natural and have been around for thousands of years, are now considered bad or toxic, vs current synthetic big pharma preperations in the last 20 (+/-) years that have hurt many who have used "as prescribed' Vs medications that have been used many generations and beyond, when used as prescribed, without issues.
And yes, there are irresponsible people that do overdose and cause self damage from MANY things, including alcohol, weapons, the newer toxic pharmaceuticals, and even otc medicines.
Monitored and followed use, is not abuse or misuse.
I am not accountable for others actions, and no one is accountable for mine.
Yet i feel punished and blamed, for "those" that lack intelligence, and abuse medications, become addicted, and even cause crimes to others.
I dont abuse, i follow directions, and i dont drink alcohal.
Its sad that some people have let things get to such a point to think that those who must lay in paralysis 18 - 24 hours per day, every day, because they are not able to get a medication so that they can achieve just a few basic daily life functions, and to not have others tend to their needs.
That those with a license to prescribe, are allowed to carry a misconcrption, or false self opinion, formed from a govt agency that has been caught several times of lies to the people, "that all patients are the same", and that a prescriber can make controls over a patient having even a least minimal quality of life, and that they would rather a patient be bedridden and contemplate their current life that is full of suffering, during their last few years, vs. being able to walk and care for ones self.
