        I had ordered flowers from another shop in Silver city and they never notified me if it was delivered ,so I called them and they said they didn’t have what I wanted , so in a panic I called Flowers on the 11th , the young lady that answered the phone was very cordial and guaranteed me she could help me with this. They didn’t have what I wanted but she text me some thing she thought I would like and I love the very first thing she did text me , it was a beautiful arrangement and she personally delivered the flowers that day ! Talk about customer service , Melanie was awesome! I won’t call anyone else!! Best customer service!

        Flowers on 11th is THE only florist we use. All of our orders have been absolutely beautiful. The service is always top notch and they’re always able to create something within your budget. Cannot recommend them highly enough. No problems at all during Coronavirus with my orders and the shop uses COVID safe practices.
