Jambo Bobcat Bite

Jambo Bobcat Bite is on point with Guy Fieri "Flavor Town"type of eats as unique of a style/food flare as you're going to get in Santa Fe, something different than the typical Northern New Mexican plates but also catering to that as well with some options available such as the Green Chile cheese burger & veggie options as well for all you vegans. Prices are also fair with portions which are plenty filling & don't forget about the scratch made desserts. I'm heading there now for my morning banana pancakes. I also love their pistachio encrusted French toast both served with a healthy dollop of cinnamon whipped cream + a side of maple syrup,, oh & can't forget about the crab burger for lunch= Yummmmm!

The curry coleslaw and the soup of the day: red beets with ginger in coconut cream were super delicious!

I was super impressed to find good Caribbean food in the middle of new Mexico. Fish tacos, harrisa fries and plantains were great! I was disappointed with the lack of flavor in the beans and rice until I found out that if you mix it with the curry sauce that comes with the plantains, it's amazing!
