Blue Heron Restaurant at Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort

The breakfast in this place was good I don't remember the name of the waffle I ordered but Rosario (our waitress) brought me a plate of delicious flavors! The biscuits in duck gravy were soft and fluffy, the gravy was out of this world! We stayed in Ojo Santa Fe so we had the opportunity to have dinner there too, we ordered hamburgers (pick up) and they were ok. The food was good and the atmosphere of the place was good too but the five stars are for the staff. Rosario, Alex and everyone in general had a positive attitude, super friendly and tried 100% to make us feel welcome and comfortable at all times. Perfect service, thank you!

We ate at the Blue Heron for three meals while staying at Ojo (evening drinks and dessert; breakfast; and dinner). The restaurant is a small one with views for the tables at the window overlooking the grounds. The service is attentive, if somewhat stiff. The ojito (a mojito but with vodka instead of rum) is addicting. The tres leches cake is superb! The open-face enchiladas were delicious, as was breakfast. The only suggestions I think Id have is the staff being slightly more approachable and a larger selection on the menu. The menu isnt the largest.

This is a really quiet and simple restaurant. Ambiance is good, lots of lighting from the windows. Food was really good. Definitely worth coming here.
