I've been waiting over a week for a price quote on replacing the sewer line on a home I am purchasing. I paid over $500 ($100 just to go on the roof!) for the scope inspection, was told I'd have a quote the next day, over a week later. Each day that I called, I was assured that it would be ready the next day. The technician did send me another customer's quote for a completely different job, not very helpful. If they can't get a quote out in a timely manner, I would not trust them doing work for me.

Amazingly wonderful experience with Jeb. Had an emergency plumbing issue at the place we rent , and the customer service lady was amazing. Then she connected us with plumber jed. Jeb was kind and very smart. Delt with my elder landlord with kindness and patience. Issue was fixed in less than 4 hours. So happy I can pee again !
