I am so happy I found this business! I had been working with HME and Im telling you its night and day. Endless frustration with HME. Everything here is straightforward, easy, friendly, great customer service, great inventory. Its made all the difference. This business is locally owned and operated and you can tell they truly care about their community. I highly recommend A+R Medical Supply.

A grieving family missed the 30 rental cut off by a day and a half and they are charging us for another month. I asked for a courtesy override on the $250.00 charge and was told "NO". SHAME ON YOU!

On my flight from Ohio to Santa Fe, I realized my CPAP hose was still at home. I found A&R through a Google search. They had a hose in stock that was compatible with my machine.
Thankfully, when I arrived to pick it up, I realized the hose did not come packaged with the little connector piece. This meant I would also have to purchase a facemask & headgear. Ugh!
Since this was going to be an expensive private pay blunder on my part, they were willing to search through their demo supply tray for the connector piece just to try to help, but nothing they had was compatible. So, I purchased my first "Santa Fe souvenir" at A&R!
Thank you to the 3 friendly staff on 10/6/23, who were compassionate and cared enough try to help me rather than "just selling" me supplies.
