Tierra Sagrada Landscape & Design

This is an amendment to a Google review I did in 8/21 that I withdrew from Google over a year ago and I don't know how this site obtained it. Similar to many others, there was work still to be done after 8/21 and some failings in the irrigation that Joel said he would take care of in Spring 2022. I reached out from March-May and he never did the follow-up work. Joel advised in 5/22 that he was closing his business and I've never heard from him again. Its 5/23 now and I've had a different company do the repair work.

Hate to write this because Joel is a good guy. I had a fairly expensive landscaping job done in late summer. They did a good job and I was ok with paying their price because there was a 3 month guarantee on the plants installed. A few of the plants died and some were not installed because they were not available. Joel and I agreed to do a little project that would compensate me for those plants. That was 5 weeks ago and I have sent several texts and voice mails with no response. If they don't have time to do it until later I understand but communicate that to me.

Customer service is very good! Joel is very committed to making the customer happy and he is very friendly and easy to work with. The Russian Sage was taking over my yard, so Joel’s crew came in and cleaned it right up along with pruning the other bushes and doing lots of weeding. I have hired them to do work twice and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I cannot speak highly enough of Joel and Fidel. Joel gave an extremely fair estimate for a drip irrigation system, rock work, and install of sod. Joel worked with me on modifying some items. He was prompt with providing an estimate and work. He was able to complete the job in 2.5 days. He and his workers are extremely reliable and I highly recommend.

Joel and his team were amazing. They were timely, professional, hard working, and price conscious! My turf install included a large putting green area and came out amazing! I couldn’t be happier, and highly recommend them!
