I wondered why ppl gave it 1 star. Now I know. They lack professionalism! Ive heard to treat ppl the way they treat you. I would never lower myself to their standards! That woman that works there is totally unprofessional. She needs to learn manners. Then again thats probably how they treat her at home, rudely! No wonder ppl leave elsewhere. They dont deserve any business! If you dont like working or helping people leave because ppl sure are gonna leave elsewhere!

These people were supposed to provide me with a walker 2 months ago and have never delivered it. They would not return calls made by Santa Fe Care Center on my behalf. I have nothing good at all to say about this company. I had to use the one star to be able to post -- they do not even deserve that.

If you need oxygen, this company is not for you. Oxygen machines are filthy, the service is very very poor, dont leave messages keep calling, never wanna deliver oxygen bottles.

Major Medical does not even rate one star My father has been waiting 6 weeks for his oxygen bottles. Thankfully he has a concentrator! Going to have a talk with Medicare about this irresponsible company...

In Santa Fe. You'd think they'd never had to deal with a 97 year old lady before. Not to get into many details, just VERY disappointed with their rudeness and lack of customer service skills. They made excuse after excuse, and I'm supposed to feel bad for an overworked delivery driver who doesn't have the extra time to read a contract to a client who has trouble with her vision and hearing? Guess what? Hire another driver! So glad Medicare gave her another option, much nicer folks at Apria.
