I hear horror stories about them. Definitely w ouldnt suggest having to deal with these people. I know a bunch of people who live in that community and swear they charge huge association dues but in a snow storm don't count on getting out on the street to go anywhere. These people are bad and when they call they get rude people to answer why things are not getting done. I lost my faith in these housing communities you get help into a home for your family only to get charged hundreds of dollars a year for NOTHING!! I've seen it happen. Look elsewhere they are 💩
