This hotel is a great place to stay.. The customer service was great over all. The complimentary breakfast excellent! The condition and cleanliness of the rooms was excellent as well. If there was one negative, it was that when my GF and I arrived, we were a little early for the 3pm check in and so we asked to use their restroom. Well, the desk clerk allowed us to use the restroom that is for public use. But there was a sign posted that said "out of service". We hesitated because of the sign but she insisted we use it. So my GF went first and when I was about to enter a young man came by that was an employee there and to our surprise said "can you guys read?!" And pointed you the sign on the door. We were taken back by that. We immediately told him "yes, but your clerk let us use it." To which he replied "ok" and walked away. That wasn't necessary for him to approach us in that manner. If he at least had said " I'm sorry but the restroom is out of order" that would've been fine. But you say it the way he did was rude and disrespectful. He never apologized either. But other than that one moment our stay there was excellent. I'm just sorry they have employees like that.

Very good place to spend the night.
Everything was very good from the room and the service.
