        I felt comfortable talking with the staff. Dr Osmani did not make me feel ashamed or incompetent in my efforts of trying to do better and build my strength or mobility. I feel great and more confident in walking. I don't feel afraid, but I know I still have a ways to go. Thank you and God bless.

        I been on Hold for 20 minutes now waiting for someone to answer my call, and help me get medical records. This is ridiculous. Then they pick up the line, and automatically put me back on hold. Please address this issue with your staff.
