Incredibly poor quality, responsiveness, professionalism and WAY overpriced. When asked about a form my husband filled out back in May, I was told “you never signed that” to which I replied we certainly did to which tony responded “whatever”. For $400 you can certainly get better. Update: my husband went over there to see where the papers we signed went and they were miraculously found. No apologies. My husband told them they’ve lost our business and they did not care. Update: it is now January and still have not received our tax refund. When we call the CPA he takes a week to let us know it will be another 6-10 weeks every time. Then after that time comes up and we call again he says the same thing. In the mean time I've called the IRS and gotten more answers during the week it takes him to call us back. LAZY and expensive.

I have to say I just LOVE Tony and his staff! They are so helpful and explain things to us non-accountants in terms I understand. They have helped my get my business going and looking great for banks. If you’re looking for an account this is a place to call! P.S. it always smells so good in there 😬
