My mom is almost 89 years old and has severe back problems along with knee problems. I would make appointments to take her to the doctor and or the hospital but she was to the point where she would just say no, she would rather stay at home in pain than take another ride in the vans because they would be bumpy, or the drivers would be a little rude. We switched to enchanted medical about a year ago and now she makes all of her appointments without complaining at all. Making appointments for her is so easy and the staff thats so sweet. My mom loves all the drivers and by now shes had them all and never complained. I just want to give a big shout out and a thank you to everybody that works there. You have literally saved her life and probably mine.

Dont entrust this company with your or your loved ones safety! I am an ambulatory person who needed transport to a medical appointment for which I was under sedation. The customer service agent/dispatcher completely fraudulently misrepresented the service that I decided to pay for based on her representations. She said that the staff would walk me to the location of my appointment and provide their information, and then (most importantly) walk me to the door of my apartment. Given that their purpose is to provide medical transport and they have great reviews, I assumed that the staff would be caring, alert, aware, and problem-solvers. I was scared, exhausted, and at times under the effects of sedation, and had to manage the employees to help me, and to not leave me across the street from my building. Im not sure if the staff is underpaid and they try to get tips to do what you are already paying a lot for them to do? The vans seem to have problems with their shocks; the ride was very bumpy. The afternoon driver ignored the pick-up location and made me wait 15 minutes longer after I had waited a long time, and decided to take a sharp U-turn, driving as though he were not transporting someone. None of this was what I needed on a difficult day, and I am concerned for vulnerable people who rely on this company. They have chosen not to take any responsibility for the fact that they sold me a service that they didnt provide, and callously ignore how terrible it is to have people show no regard for your needs or feelings when you are relying on them at a vulnerable time.
