We hired helping hands to move from apartment to apartment. During the move they broke our headboard. Mitchell the owner, told me he would come out and fix it. I have reached out to him multiple times, and have even asked for his insurance information. This has gone on for over two weeks. It was a simple one building to one building.

Damaged headboard of bed during the move. They tried, unsuccessfully, to blame it on us. Then, they promised to repair it and never came through. Now, they just ignore our emails and calls.

We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised with eveverything. They wrapped the furniture and carefully handled our stuff on the truck and the young men were very polite and listened to our unusual requests. Before our place was empty the cleaners got to work as well doing superb job our old kitchen looked new again. The bill was reasonable considering it was both moving and cleaning. Thank you again Mitchell & Maxine and both of your crews outstanding job. God bless.
