I saw Dr. Pederson and he was amazing! Addressed all of my concerns and didnt make me feel like I was over reacting! The nurses and front desk people are wonderful! I highly highly Recommend this place if you are in need of a new doctor!

Psychiatric resources here are a joke. I felt incredibly rushed out of the office and most of the staff seemed annoyed for being asked questions. Psychiatrist prescribing conflicting medication and disregarding patients concerns. Just wanted to warn anyone else looking for a trusted psychiatrist, you will not find one here.

I can never talk to the Dr. On the phone, and they tell you they can leave a message for the Dr. but that could take a week before the Dr. Sees it and you won't be contacted or let know whats going on.

My appointment was scheduled on 03/06/2023 for 04/21/2023 2:20pm I arrived 30 min prior to my appointment just for them to say my appointment was cancelled and rescheduled when I asked the front who rescheduled and for what day because Im only avail Friday she says oh wait they never rescheduled. Apparently Bridget the MA called me on April 3 to cancel my appointment I never received this call I never received a voicemail which is very absurd they confirmed my appointment to be canceled when I did not cancel. The front then called Rosario one of the managers who did absolutely nothing for me. Very unprofessional of PMS to do this. I was offered to schedule another appointment but at this point I have no trust in this establishment for no future appointments, I took off work early to be at my appointment in which was cancelled on the behalf of the MA with no confirmation. This clinic failed a patient miserably.
