        Have had issues trying to get my Dad a new PCP! He has AARP Medicare advantage, and his doctor shows up along with all the doctors there at high resort as an in network provider. But the Care team swears up and down that they are not in network. They will not accept him and he will be self-pay and they say the only reason that they show up as in network is because ER takes the insurance, which is false because he has gone to cardiology he has gone to Urology and all other specialists they all take the insurance It is a bit ridiculous that his own primary will not take it.

        We've had such a wonderful experience with this pediatric department. My son has been a patient with Dr. James Bruce for 8 years. He's knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful in care chioces and suggestions, and has a thorough interest in the kids' all-around health. Also, his nurse Tammy is *incredible* (kind and the best with vaccines). We trek across town to keep Dr. Bruce as my son's doctor - totally worth it.

        I am not sure how physician I saw even can practice. Abrasive, condescending, rushed and did not do her job - ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests and did not correctly order ONE test I came in for. Just awful. Now my quest to find a decent pcp continues.
