        They stopped selling one "brand" of insurance last year and told us they would switch us to a different carrier. Little did we know that they weren't allowed to take clients from that brand and our auto insurance lapsed. No phone call, text message or even an email explaining what was going on. Talking with others, we found out we were not the only ones they did this with. If you give bad information, own up to it and at least give your "clients" the option to find insurance. You don't ignore them and hope for the best. Thanks for setting us up for failure. Real ethical business practice....

      I’m sorry Mark Jason to hear this. I’m not sure what you’re speaking about. I did retire with Farmers July 31, 2022. We let our customers know I had a 1 year non compete clause. Farmers transferred all my customers to Randy Johnson. I had no access to any Farmers policies after July 31st 2022. Please give my a call at 505-461-3774. I’d like to talk with you about this situation.
