Deven, the insurance agent from Franklin Insurance, was very helpful in explaining to me what each item in the car insurance coverage meant. Deven then helped me tweak the coverage to fit my situation as well as offer advice on how to save a bit more money such as paying upfront through my checking account versus paying monthly or using a credit card. Deven also explained some discounts that may fall off next year, and warned me of possible rate increases. While not all of those changes are known at this time, I appreciate the fact that Deven was upfront about them (so that I'm not surprised next year when looking at my car insurance bill).
