This place is like a tavern out of Men in Black. You will meet some beings from other dimensions. The food is consistently delicious. The staff is super five star. And of course the live music will transport you to Heaven, which is actually just across the street and worth visiting, ladies, if you want to spruce up your wardrobe! Thank you Mine Shaft Tavern! ‐-------------------------*****************------------- EDIT & UPDATE: I returned today (10/06/21) and ate at the cantina. I chose a seat more towards the stage, after asking if I could seat myself. 15 minutes passed with no service. I later moved into the area by the service bar and asked if it would be easier to receive service in that area. I ordered, and my food and drink were delivered promptly. However, the fries were lukewarm, which is so unpleasant. When I asked for the bill, the server came with his little black box and quoted the amount. I paid cash. He counted back my change quickly upon his return from the register. I counted it as he was leaving, and it was a dollar short. Come on! And no paper receipt. I am very disappointed. I am generously revising my review to 3 stars. ***Customers: Review your bill and your change when paying cash*** QUESTION TO OWNER: Do you add 20% tip to all bills?
