        Owner Tony provided an estimate that was very general so when asked about how much he allotted for an items he could not give me a direct answer. He did not do his research before he provided the estimate so at the end we had to pay another $500 because of items he bought. He did not let us know in the process that it would be additional cost. His estimate appeared to include those cost. He does not communicate well with his customers. He gave me the impression after being hired that what I wanted was too troublesome for him and made me feel like we were putting him out! He tells too much about his family problems which is not professional at all. I was all to happy to pay him and be done with him.
