Fast and friendly customer service. I called in the morning to ask a quick question and they answered me promptly and without any trouble. I came to drop off my cashier's check and they quickly took care of my needs. They were prompt and did not hassle me whatsoever. Also as far as knowingly dropping insurance, that is not any of their business. Your insurance coverage is your responsibility not the Escrow's responsibility. These ladies were kind and helped me very quickly.

Research this company before doing any business with them. They do not go by contract. They take out money not authorized. I will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau. They do not even deserve 1 star!

Very bad, cant use cash, they say its for your protection (really) give me a break. Bad costumer service.

Gringotts Bank is a step up from this hole. They charge you for just about everything. They use FAX machines! They rarely answer their phone. Their voice mail is always full so you can never leave a message. They are located way off of the interstate, so if you have to drive there to make a payment, oh they DON'T take LEGAL TENDER, it's over a half hour from the highway exit. They have no means to make electronic deposits to them, only electronic withdrawls initiated by them, on 5 specific days of the week, regardless of when your payment is due, for a fee of course.

They knowingly let your insurance polocy cancel, and your taxes go delinquent. You have to stay on top of they're payments, and follow up. You can't count on them to inform you if there is any problems.
