NEVER OPEN! I got here this morning at 8:50. hours posted say “7am to 6pm”. I’ve gone here 4 times during posted hours in the past month and only got in once. Alterations were requested- was going to be called with an estimate. Never got called. Went to pick up on the pick up date, items weren’t ready. Came back to pick up a week later, was told the appropriate material was “on back order” and that they just stuck whatever on there (which was actually fine for us but may not be for others). Zero communication, failure to be open during posted hours. Extremely frustrating. Service: Alterations

I’d give them 5 stars if they were open when they said they were. Seeing as I drive over an hour to get there I’m disappointed to find the place closed as a tomb on Saturday inexplicably. Last time I went shopping and came back and they were just late this time the place was not opening for me or the 7 other people outside. We left notes. I’ll get my clothes and find a place locally, same with my wife and two kids. Shame we 4 can’t pay them to take our business we really like the place when we can catch them open.
