One of the similar homes in our neighborhood had a pending offer in 6 days. We cancelled our listing with Shawn Scott because we realized after 46 days, he was sending less serious prospects. I suggested we have an open home in the beginning, he said, "We won't have to do an open house because it will sell". He has not set foot in the home to sell to buyers. He just stay in his office to send tours while we had to make the effort clear our home for the tours. When hubby wanted to remove the listing, he said we should continue the listing until it expires or 6 months. When I emailed to request the listing be removed, he said that there was still a 3:00 appointment. No sense of urgency. We regret listing with him.

We were very happy with our experience buying a home with Frank and Juan. They really went above and beyond to provide helpful advice. I felt like they had our backs; they didn't push us into anything and even pointed out defects in the homes to make sure we knew what we were getting. It was obvious that they really cared about getting us a good deal and wanted us to be happy with the outcome -- and we are! If we ever buy another home in the Las Cruces area, they'll definitely be the ones we call.

My friend and I worked with Abe Cardenas while my friend was in Las Cruces buying a home. Jen is a first-time home buyer and was extremely anxious about the process. Abe was awesome! He responded to our texts and emails promptly, stayed within Jen's budget, and took the time to explain each step of the process. Abe went above and beyond and was very patient, understanding, and professional. This is a tough time to buy a house, and he made what could have been a nightmare a pleasure. We live in Tucson and have been actively looking for a home in Las Cruces with Donna Hales-Hahn. Living so far away it had been difficult for us to see what properties were available as we couldn't just “drive by”. With Donna at the helm all of that has changed.
