Staff cant handle just to answer simple questions and complain when people call with to many questions

I moved to this park when it was a quite peaceful senior park. Then Yes Communties took it over and turned it into a low rent HUD park. Where at 923 Antelope Trail I had a drug dealer who moved in and sold and delivered drugs 24-7. Coming and going slamming car doors, playing loud stereo, honking horn 24-7. He finally vacated before the lease was up after beating up his girlfriend and she left first. Then i got a family of five who moved in in the same trailer to the North of me. A pair of druggies as well as worthless parents. Always choking on their drug of choice in carport on back stairs or in car with stereo booming 24-7, day and night. Every 45 minutes. In and out slamming trailer door, car doors, srereo booming, choking on their drug they smoked consistently. If you enjoy sleeping day or night, don't even think about it. They are low life druggies who cannot go 45 minutes without getting high. Worthless parents who would allow their newborn in the trailer while they were out in carport getting high throughout the night and day. Their other two girls are in charge of baby most of the time. Because the worthless parents are constantly high 24-7. I couldn't get help from the management or corporate. They're only interested in getting you to sign the lease and then take your money. Praise God I got out of that Hell Hole after 21/2 years living in nothing but pure HELL. They may make things look pretty nice to you if you're seeking cheap rent. But, let me warn you, it isn't at all anything they make it out to be. Make sure you read your lease and trailer park rules. Many of them SUCK! And management will not help you if get sucky, druggie parents who can't go an hour without sitting in their car toking and choking on the drugs of their choice. I feel so sorry for the neighbors living or moving next door to you demonic filled humans. This couple may appear to be nice at first. But, will stab you in the back as soon as they have an opportunity. DONOT trust them they are evil and as from from God that is humanely possible. And they will steal from you. So, dont leave anything unattended. I believe their address is 921 Antelope Trail. Don't say you haven't been warned. They are HORRIBLE human beings. And I use the term human being lightly. They are more like soldiers for Satan working to make others life a living hell. Because of these monsters and me being forced to sell my home my life has been pretty challenging. But, one thing I know is that I am a chosen child of God. While these monsters work for Satan doing his evilness.

Just a gem in Las Cruces. Take a drive through you will see the difference between here and other communities. I myself have been fined for street parking, but my drive way was empty. I asked for the picture and was provided a date time stamped photo I knew the rules when I signed my lease. Overall though I prefer a communities itu with rules then a messy place i am embarrassed about

Would not recommend to anybody with a family. Worse than living in an HOA neighborhood! The management changes over the years have been insufferable. Im a Google local guide to las cruces, I review many places and recommend many of them, and would definitely not recommend this place. Came back to edit review to include the terrible street quality. For the amount of collecting you do on housing violations, they should be better.
