This was an emergency trip for us, the hotel was overbooked and we were forced at midnight to find other accommodations Hello Lance, Thank you for contacting Expedia. We apologize for the inconvenience that you have experienced. We have contacted Extended Stay America Select Suites - Las Cruces to see if they could make an exception and grant a refund. Unfortunately, after multiple tries, we weren't able to obtain an approval from the property manager to waive the cancellation fee. This means the current rules and restrictions for your booking apply and a refund can't be granted. We're really sorry about this; we always try to contact suppliers and advocate for our travelers in these situations. Properties often have strict policies around refunds, and there's nothing more we can do in this case. Again, we're sorry that a refund wasn't possible. Oh my Rude people there You have to reserve a room by calling gave us a price I was ok can do I went to check it was it that price definitely NOT The Lady said they dont go off there price the why reserve and get a price huh To save money next time will be cheaper Did that happen nope took advantage take

Waited for more than 20 minutes ringing the bell and calling to check in not very professional besides that they be right back right back when?!... Noteworthy details: The rooms are very small place very expensive and the service is atrocious!!

We stayed here with a school group because there were no available rooms at the sleep inn not the comfort inn. Because of the situation, we had four students per room (9 rooms total) A couple of our chaperones made reservations by phone before arriving. They DID NOT honor the reservation because they said even if you do have one it is first come first serve policy there. They have a very strict towel policy. Only two towels per room. They WILL NOT give you extras. We argued for 15 minutes to end up only getting five extra towels. Students used hand towels and wash clothes to dry. A couple of rooms were missing a bar of soap for the sink. Beds were just ok. They are a metal, cot type frame. Though the mattress was thick. There was nobody at the front desk. You have to use the wall phone to dail what seemed like India, then they will call someone to come to the front desk, which took them 10 minutes to get there. This is a one night review because we had a special situation. Don't know what the experience is when staying for an extended time. That said, won't be staying there...ever.
