American Medical Response

There's was the first bill to arrive after the accident. They did not go through my insurance company. I called them and said send it through my insurance. Three months later the same amount shows on my bill. On my second call they said they don't run it through insurance because they will write it down. (this is all through their call center in India) They're required to send it through insurance. I sent a complaint to the State Insurance Commissioner.I find that rather greedy for a huge corporation. They have now aquired 85 % of all ambulance Co's. in the U.S. since 1992.......... Scarry.

After I paid off my bill they kept deducting money from my account plus service charges. It took me 3 months to correct this. After extensive research and reporting them to the attorney generals office I finally found someone in the US to help me. Billing department is in a foreign country and representatives do not understand or speak English very well.
