lady at front desk named emilia didnt want to check me in, once asked about her name she admitted there was one at 11 oclock. very rude just asked that i wanted to rule out the flu she gave me a snobby response and said that it was because of the flu shot i was given which i already knew however i never got symptoms like this which is why i wanted to get checked out. very rude and unprofessional

I had my first appointment at Presbyterian Medical Services/Hobbs Family Health Center yesterday, and going in tomorrow for bloodwork and annual wellness check. Megan Chavarria CNP gives me the feeling, for the first time in decades, that I've found a primary care provider, who actually cares about my physical and mental health, rather than just writing a prescription or two, and rushing to the next waiting patient. Even though I arrived late, due to Google maps getting me lost, my wait time was very short, both in the lobby and in the examination room, she did a more thorough exam than I've ever had. I rated this place 5 Stars, but I received 10 Star medical service!

I went here in 1st of October saw Megan she was very professional and her nurse they were great and helped me with everything I had issues with I dont run to the dr everytime I stub my toe I wait until its so bad and made to go but I would recommend Megan she was great and knows her stuff and when you call you go to a call center its not her office if someone I a room with computers is answering your call not the doctor office

If you are elderly and Spanish speaking. I would not recommend this place. Front desk clerk Mrs. Dee is very rude and has no customer service skills. She hung up on my elderly Dad today and blamed him for hanging up on her. I have also heard other complaints by family members. Spoke with her supervisor Maryann who right off the bat had a bad attitude always interrupted and would not listen. Obviously this is where some of her staff gets it from. I just want to mention during these times and being elderly and sick your not going to be in a good mood. It takes someone special to work with the public and if you arent that person. You should find a different job. My suggestion to you is, more training including yourself Mrs. Maryann.
