Like a previous comment was made by a family member who had their loved oneat this mortuary, I would rate a ZERO for this business! They need to change the name of their business because there is ABSOLUTELY NOTHING COMPASSIONATE about this mortuary! My uncle just had his services there. Not only was my family devasted by the loss of my uncle..the staff at the mortuary were rude and unsympathetic!! At the end of my Uncle's service, were were rudely told to get in line if we wanted to say our last Goodbyes so we can get moving! They charge grieving families so much money for every little thing and their technology to play songs for my Uncle was not working! They just told my cousin to play it on her phone and hold it up to the microphone!! They truly do not care for Families just the money they are making off of them! We were then even rushed at the burial site and only got to spend about 15 minutes at the most before they told us to leave and come back later after the filled the grave! It is so sad that they have people like this helping us to put our loved ones to rest and that this is the only Mortuary in town! Horrible service! My Uncle and my family did not deserve this!

I lost my only brother in 2020 this place hasn't even give me the death certificate yet it's been a year an four months. I call nobody hasn't return my phone call don't know if he even ordered it..I'm about to travel four hours to Santa Fe myself to get the certificate on my own. This is annoying and I feel like I'm not being helped at all...I really dont recommend this place to anyone. Just awful no compassion for our love ones.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Our grandmother had passed away of covid complications not long ago, We reached out to this mortuary as we had heard of the owner who claims to be a christian. Yet when we had asked of the option of a open casket and seeing the body, our requests were denied and the reason being a Legal Liability on the company. So we searched around and found a place that allowed for us to do this. When we told him we would no longer need his services he began hanging up on multiple family members and giving an attitude like a child about a very serious matter. None the less he told us we can retrieve the body for $2,000 or else it would not be released to us. This man is a joke. This mortuary is a joke. Save yourself a headache and find a better buisness.
