        We stayed here within days of their "Covid grand re-opening" it was pretty empty but was extremely convenient to everything we needed. The staff was great, and so was the campsite. They have a large natural area for the pets that our dogs could have sniffed for weeks. We did not use the amenities but we would definitely stay here again.

        Very kind hosts! They give you cookies when you arrive! Campsites are close and rustic, but very clean. It was a good night's sleep.

        The best (of many) KOA Journey's that we have been to. Great welcome, continental breakfast included and excellent diner available. New bathrooms were excellent. Wifi was OK and there was no noise from freeway, railroad, or aircraft.

      WE ARE OPEN FOR THE 2021 SEASON AND LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU- You can reserve online for dates up to the night of November 30th, 2022 and end your travel day where we'll spoil you, and explore the beauty and history of the high desert.Setup is a breeze at this award-winning KOA! Enjoy 85-foot-long Pull-Thru RV Sites with up to 50-amp service and plenty of room for slide-outs, as well as Tent Sites and Camping Cabins. Let the staff provide supper (March-October), with Campground Cuisine dinners delivered to your site. Kids will enjoy a romp on the playground, and your K9 pals can get their exercise at the on-site Kamp K9. You can also take a relaxing stroll among ancient lava beds here. End the evening with free wireless internet and cable TV as you rest up for your next day's adventures. Then start your morning with a free continental breakfast.
