        The property manager here is telling new resident applicants that they do not mail applications to out of state residents seeking to live there which I believe is a violation of USDA/HUD funded properties' regulations and is discriminatory. I have reported it to the proper authorities that fund these properties and hope upper management will discipline or replace this manager.
