Great folks doing great things for the community. Bottom line is they pay claims. That's why I get my insurance to this great company.

I was a customer for many years with this particular agency. After about 7 years of having accounts through this agency, my auto insurance rates went up by 150%. I emailed Joy multiple times and called with messages left over a 6-week. And nothing was returned. I never had it explained to me why my rates went up so significantly even though I had a clean driving record. After trying to get ahold of her for a month and a half I decided to switch insurance to a different company. It wasn't until 4 weeks after that she finally emailed me back. After looking into my Allstate account, I noticed that a life insurance policy had been open and closed on the same day under my account. I hadonly inquired about life insurance and never actually had opened an account so this was surprising to me. I learned that agents are also paid by how many accounts they open in a month So I believe that she opened this account to have it reflect well on her record. I have not been with this agency for many years now and yesterday I got a call from someone with her agency asking why I left and I told her this is why. I would never recommend this particular agency to anyone needing any kind of insurance whatsoever. All state company itself is a good company but this agent is not a good agent. You can never get a hold of her, she never returns emails or calls, and she is false in her communication. I am only writing this review years after the fact because I had voice my concerns to her via email to which she never addressed and getting a call from her agency yesterday only reminded me of the reasons why I left. I would hate for someone to have gone through what I went through when I was a customer of hers. If I could give zero stars I would.
