Red Lion Hotel Gallup

Good for one night stay

I read a lot of reviews after my stay at this so called hotel, that resembled my experience as a guest last week. No pool or spa available which was my only reason for choosing this place. Breakfast buffet was a joke. There was a sign posted in the dining room that said there was no cook for that morning. They proceeded to put out a few continental type breakfast items and were still setting things up at the time it was supposed to be available. I had to put one star so it would take to the page to write this review but truly I give them zero stars. They need to stop with the false advertising to lure ppl to the hotel.

Rooms were big but no flat screen televisions as in add ,no pool or spa as advertised its been closed for years night lady when asked a question was very rude.a/c was not working had to have them fix it,our tub leaned to one side.would not stay here again.

Room was clean and neat, wifi good, a/c worked well, restaurant is for breakfast only, nice pool area but that section not functioning. Indoor Water park there, would really kick.
