Despite coming in last minute on a Saturday, just before closing time, the team went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure my needs were met promptly. Within an impressive 30 minutes, I had my new tires installed seamlessly. Returning a few days later for an alignment, I was once again greeted with warmth and professionalism. The staff at Treadworks are not only skilled at what they do but also genuinely friendly, making every interaction a pleasure.         The lady in the front is super rude! (The blonde young lady) Shes the first point of contact and without listening to my concern she tried to diagnose the issue. Im so glad the guy behind her, whom usually checks me in, was there as he listened to my concern thoroughly and stated they would check the issue. You need to train the lady for better customer service and compassion. She seems annoyed every time I visit. Every time I come in I hope I get someone else checking me in.

        AUTO MAX sent my old truck and new truck to have my expensive tires and rims iput on the new truck and to have a set of tires and to have the factory tires put on the old truck. Was told the the tires and rims wouldn't fit the new truck. So it never got done. Went to basin to see if that was fact. The tires and rims went right on my new truck just had to replace the sensors. Cost me 130 dollars that I shouldn't have to pay cause it was the responsibility of treadworks. Very dissatisfied with them

      Joylene, If you have a few minutes I really hope you will bring your truck by so I can show you in person why we made the recommendation not to install your wheels. We made the recommendation to Automax and there service technician agreed. Ultimately, The decision was made to protect you from future issues. If we didn't care about your well being of you we would of just installed the wheels and collected the profit for performing the service. However, the clearance between the spoke of the wheel and your brake caliper is less then a sheet of paper. The newer Chevy's have a lot larger brake setups from the older models. So yes, the wheel does technically fit right now but what happens when you get your first brake job and now the wheels don't fit? Your truck has 33k miles on it which means the brakes pad have some wear. We made this recommendation to protect you. I would also like to point out that I don't do this service for free. So claiming that the cost should be the responsibility of Treadworks is simply untrue and unfair.
