Auto Insurance Plus

Not a friendly place to get insurance!! The staff is very rude first off called for a quote the man said he would call back once he was done with customers after waiting about 2 hours he never returned my call so I went out of my way to go there in person and upon arrival once I set foot in the door they had a attitude and made it seem harder than it shouldve been so since I didnt have ALL my vehicles titles/registrations they couldnt quote me. So I went out and called back to get a over the phone quote since no one else was there and the same man answered the phone gave me the same line Im with a customer Ill call you back and added were very swamped down here told him I was just in there and he hung up. Spouse went in there and he wasnt at his desk so perhaps he was swamped in the toilet. Either way if they choose to deal with customers they should have better social skills and if they didnt like dealing with people they need to look into other employment. I would only go here if it was the last resort.

It is horrible staying there. Fountain blood stains on anything mattress.
