Thank You. My wife and I were looking for a new pellet insert. We reached out to another dealer in the 4 corners area and felt like we were an inconvenience. We went to Raindrops on a Saturday. Not only did they listen to what we needed for our space without trying to sell us the bigger stove, they ordered what we needed, plus accessories l, and gave us guidance we needed to install it on our own. We have had nothing but excellent service with Raindrops. From the day we bought our new hot tub we were treated professionally and honestly. The communication on ongoing while waiting for the tub to come in and scheduling delivery. The delivery was seamless and the guys were great. We are very pleased with our decision to purchase from Raindrops.

In January 2023, we discovered broken logs in our Heat and Glow gas fireplace. The warranty was set to expire in March 2023. Raindrops ordered a replacement set from H&G. They arrived in late February but they were broken upon arrival. Raindrops took the broken logs back and ordered a further replacement set. It took forever for H&G to get the log set out to Raindrops but they got here yesterday, intact and ready to install. I have nothing but good stuff to say about the service and support I got from them.

Nicole, James, and Terrance are amazing! Thank you Raindrops! After waiting a month from another company and being cancelled on, this crew stepped up and moved my hot tub early the next week! Professional, courteous and hard working. Nicole was so helpful setting everything up, and the guys were fantastic! They even came back to my house to help me move it again, so we had better electrical access. Ive told several friends about my experience. Another friend of mine bought a hot tub from them, I helped him pick it out, and he had a great experience as well. Top notch customer service and company. Matt
