I was treated poorly within minutes of arriving for my appointment. Both the women at the check in counters were on the phone and couldnt be bothered to acknowledge my presence til they were done with what they were doing. Having worked in customer service for well over a decade, I can tell you it is very easy to give a friendly nod while on the phone. Once a lady was able to help me she immediately shooed me and my 2 small children outside and told us to wait for our paperwork. Ummm... I have an appointment, why am I waiting outside an empty waiting area in the direct sun with an ankle injury and no seating? No thanks, Im already uneasy about "medical professionals" who have good manners, much less the kind that let me know up front they dont care about me or my wellbeing. I called and spoke to an administrator who was kind and apologetic, which is the only reason I am leaving an extra star. Im glad I didnt give this place a chance to get any worse.

We have given up on these people. They have disappointed and failed me and my family for too long. Nothing changes in their rudeness and obvious distain for their jobs and their patients. We quit this place to find healthcare not health abuse.

The front desk lady has been very rude for no reason. I've had a throat infection for 3-4weeks already. I've had a covid test already. Called again cuz it was negative and infection still wasn't gone. Left 2 messages and never received calls back. Finally reached her and set up apts through the telephone and got meds. After meds were done I called a few days later cuz infection still wasn't gone. She gave me attitude when she told me I still couldn't go in. Which I understand not being able to go in for safety reasons, but there's no need for attitude. Finally got another telephone apt. on Tuesday. Dr prescribed more medicine and told me about the st. Anne's church clinic for today (friday) and said the front desk would call so I could get a time slot for the covid test again incase the infection still didn't go away that way i can finally be seen. 2 days pass and no phone call, so I called yesterday and still no answer so I left a message saying the dr needed me to get a time slot. Still no call back so I called 2 more times and finally she answered. I politely said the dr said she would be able to give me info on the clinic and she says to me "ya..what about it" in a snarky tone. I asked for the time and place. And she replied "well you can't get a time slot, were only doing first come, first served" so obviously she got my last message cuz I never asked about the time slot during this phone call. Finally she told me details. Then today at the clinic at around 7am I drive up, they ask if it was an apt or as walk-in. I told them they didn't let me do an apt so it'd have to be walk in. They got my info but didn't have a label ready since I didn't have an apt. They had a little bit of miscommunication because of it, which I dont blame them because it's alot of people, and I ended up waiting longer than needed so they can fix the issue just to get the covid test done. She has made this whole experience difficult while I'm just trying to follow what the Dr. And NP have said because they're trying their best to try to get me treated to the best of their abilities since they cannot see me in office for covid safety reasons. I'm just trying to get back to health and this whole experience has made it very very difficult and frustrating. I didnt deserve ANY form of attitude towards me, whatsoever. I know it is a frustrating time so I have tried to remain patient, but this was completely uncalled for
