        The customer service here is amazing and they never hesitate to work with you if you have a problem. The rates are fair and paying off your loan reflects positively on your credit immediately. They have convenient locations downtown and an app for your phone to help make paying your bill easy. One issue: every time you refinance your loan your account is closed and a new one is opened, including a hard credit check. Keeping a balance does not continue to build credit like a credit card. It makes more sense to pay it off and get a new one than to refinance. All in all, I love these guys.
