        My husband and I have been going to village pizza for 15 years now! Our very first valentines day was spent there eating their heart shaped pizza, we have made it a tradition to go back every year with our 3 boys!!         Great food but somehow they lost our order which delayed our pizza. No big deal. But when we asked to see the manager she refused to come out from kitchen saying that she have to stop preparing food which would delay even further. They gave us extra bread sticks for our trouble. Just before we left one of the workers said we could now speak to manager. We declined.
