Had them scheduled and confirmed the day before for services to hoist an AC on roof of house. They sent text night before at 10 pm saying they had to cancel, but coujd do next day. Bad customer service with no thought of fall out. There were two other business scheduled to install AC , and their day was cancelled as well. I get if someone is sick or an emergency happens. But maybe phone calls to see who can put off a day easy and who cant. I cant reschedule two business next day when its been on the schedule for over a week.
