    This motel is severely run down. The rooms are in need of repairingie new paint, fixing holes in the walls, replacing bedspread and towels which were paper thin. The young guy at the front window was not friendly in the least. The first room we were assigned smelled like poop so I had to ask for another room which was a little better. I would never stay here again. Rooms: The rooms desperately need to be repaireddirty walls, holes in the walls, thin, old bedspreads.

    When we arrived to check in, it was pouring down rain, and the attendant made me wait outside for 5 minutes in the 35-degree rain before unlocking the front door. The attendant didn't speak any English to me.The lights in the parking lot were not on. When we got to the room, the TV, phone, refrigerator, and microwave did not work. There were no towels in the room. The toilet was moving. The hot water didn't work. There was a white powder on the sink that I unfortunately touched when I was looking for the light switch. There was no soap near the sink, so I couldn't even watch my hands. When we turned on the heater in the room, it only blew cold air. When I pulled back the sheets, we found bed bugs. When we called Corporate to complain and demand a refund, the nice attendant called the front desk, and low and behold, the front desk attendant spoke English to her. We finally got a refund ad me having to tell the front desk attendant about all the messed up things in the room, which didn't credit our card till 48 hrs later. To say that I was irritated was an understatement. We had stayed in several Motel 6s on our trip and were expecting a clean room with functional appliances as per the normal Motel 6 standards. I really hope Corporate fixes this Motel 6. It was an extremely upsetting experience, and it made the brand look terrible. Travelers beware!
