They care more about their local business more then the care of customers going through the toughest time in their lives, take advantage of people and lie and try to blame others for their mistakes, if you are going through a terrible time in your life, DO NOT make it worse by going with these clowns

I've lived in Clovis NM all my life and as far as I know my family has always used Muffley Funeral Home however my mother in law recently passed away and from the very beginning, everything was handled so unprofessional. The folks here are so impersonal. The guy that took our information got every single name wrong for the obituary. I personally had to call in 3 times to make sure names were spelt correctly. On the day of the viewing, we were told she was in a room around the corner. No one escorted us so naturally the room around the corner held a deceased man. When I went back to the office the girl there pointed and still did not walk us to the room. We walked in several rooms before we got the right one. Now after nearly 8 months later, we need the copy of the invoice of the funeral services for our attorneys and we have given the girl who answered (very unprofessional and her voice so low you can barely hear her) Mikayla was her name, 2 email addresses and 4 phone calls requesting the same thing and we have yet to see something. When I called I asked for a manager and she wouldn't pass me to one and offered to help but yet I'm still waiting on the email. If I could do NO stars, i would. This company has gone downhill and lacks the sympathy and personalization a family should get when they are grieving at the loss of their loved one. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone and I'm sorry my parents have pre-planned with them already or I'd have them change that too!
After 6 calls later and no requested document, I finally got through to Ronny and he was the most helpful out of everyone we dealt with! He faxed me the much needed invoice in less than 2 minutes! Thank you Ronny!
